Prices quoted include 1st class mail dispatch, collection and delivery within local areas.
Next day special delivery and next day pre 9:00 am is available at an extra cost.
We ‘the dental laboratory’ reserve the right to amend prices at any time without prior notice, however we would aim to notify all our customers of any amendments.
The dental laboratory cannot accept responsibility for the suitability of the specification given by the customer.
Payment terms are strictly 30 days net.
Accounts paid within 14 days from the date of statement are subject to a -5% early settlement discount.
Accounts paid later than 30 days from the date of statement are subject to a +5% late payment increase.
Any appliances not meeting the customer’s specification and satisfaction must be brought to the attention of the dental laboratory prior to fitting.
All work requires 10 full working days within the lab except by prior arrangement, an extra charge may be added for this service.

The General Dental Council, The organisation which regulates dental professionals in the UK.
MDA -
Medical Devices Agency. Medical Devices Directive 93/42/EEC covers the placing on the market and putting into service of Medical Devices.
DAMAS -
Dental Appliance Manufacturers Audit Scheme. This third party audit provides you with total reassurance that the Custom Made Medical Devices manufactured within our Laboratory on your behalf and that of your patients is fully compliant with all UK and European regulations.
