To be as fair as possible we have even compared them on a like for like basis ie. cast gold abutment replaced with a gold shaded abutment. But if you were to use a standard titanium Atlantis abutment instead of a cast gold custom abutment the savings would be even greater.

Astra Atlantis Live! UK 2011
We are proud to be supporting Astra Tech on their Atlantis Live! evening events.
This will be the 3rd consecutive year that we have worked with AstraTech to present on the benefits of the Atlantis abutment system
Steve will be presenting on the Astra Atlantis roadshow alongside Dr Tim Doswell, one of the UK's most experienced users of the Atlantis abutments system. Together they will be on hand to explain the clinical and laboratory benefits of these fantastic abutments.
As well as covering the already established benefits of the Atlantis abutment system, they will be presenting new ways to use the options that Atlantis provides and also highlight some of the new products and services that Atlantis will be rolling out this year!

Duplicate Abutment
Duplicate is a unique concept and service provided by Atlantis CAD CAM, when you order your original Titanium or Gold shaded abutment you can also order a Duplicate abutment for a third of the original abutment

st. A Duplicate abutment is an identical copy of the original abutment , milled from exactly the same material. This means you can fit your definitive abutments and a temporary restoration and allow the tissue to stabilize. Once you are happy with the healing of the site you can simply return your model and Gemini abutment and have the laboratory produce your final crown. NO NEED FOR ANOTHER IMPRESSION, this also reduces the number of times the implant fixture has components replaced/removed from its interface so reduces your risk of tissue problems. The history of Atlantis
Atlantis Components inc. was founded in the US in 1996 and has provided CAD CAM custom abutments to surgeons for over 13 years.
